He and his wife Kamila then travelled repeatedly to China, Malaysia and Singapore to study the Asian understanding of cosmetic skin needling. On returning to Australia they set up White Lotus Cosmetic Acupuncture the first specialist cosmetic acupuncture clinic in Australasia. This clinic became well known due to its innovative adaptions of traditional anti aging techniques to modern tastes. During this time they began to incorporate modern microneedling or skin needling into their clinic and quickly saw the benefits of adapting this modern treatment back into a traditional philosophy of anti aging such as is found in parts of Asia.
